As the network continues to grow, leadership recognized the need to evolve its structure to best support its members.

As part of this continued evolution, Jet Stream has also enhanced its advisor value proposition, maintaining its fee free model while introducing an updated tier structure offering up to 95% commission for top performing advisors. This reinforces the organization’s commitment to supporting advisor profitability while delivering high level service, education, and partnership.

To support this next chapter, Jet Stream has implemented the following leadership updates:

  • Jermaine Humphrey joins as President and Investor, bringing more than 14 years of experience in sales leadership, advisor partnerships, and business development.
  • Lisa Pease has been promoted to Vice President, continuing her leadership in advisor engagement, supplier partnerships, operations, and member programming.
  • Nolan Flynn will transition into a newly created role as Vice President of Development and continues as an Investor, where he will support strategic growth initiatives and innovation across the organization and its portfolio of brands.

Humphrey’s appointment marks an important milestone as Jet Stream continues expanding its advisor community and strengthening supplier partnerships.
